Ed is an avid hunter who enjoys cooking and grilling all kinds of wildgame meats. The past few years he has sponsors a hunters banquet in the Harrisonburg area which has become a well-known and anticipated event. Ed is Pat Hertzlers brother. This will be a cooking demonstration with samples to taste.

Helping Horses Through Better Nutrition: by Eric Shoupe, Equine Specialist, Land O'Lakes Purina

Carriage Driving by Shelly Temple, Catalyst Driving Center

Rochelle “Shelly” and her husband Fran Doto live in Powhatan where she teaches carriage driving and trains horses.

She has been USEF National Champion in the Combined Driving Single Pony division and was a member of the Bronze Medal winning US team for the World Pony Driving Championship held in Denmark in July, 2007.

Starting her horse career she foxhunted, showed hunters, evented and competed at FEI level in in dressage along with being show manager of Dressage at Devon for several years and president of the Delaware Valley Combined Training Assoc.

She will be sharing about and showing pictures of their carriage driving along with their experiences in Denmark.
