About our beef….
Our beef
is raised naturally with no added hormones, or growth stimulates.
They are fed a high quality Omega -3 enhanced grain ration for a number of
months to marbleize the meat, making it tender, juicy and flavorful.
Immediately after the meat is slaughtered, it goes through a two-week dry
aging process. This is a very
important step as it tenderizes the meat naturally.
Most meat is now “wet” aged which means they only let it hang
1-2 days. It is then gassed,
vacuumed packed, and shipped.
Because our beef is now USDA approved, we are selling vacuum sealed,
frozen meat in the store. We
also have specialty items such as hot dogs, beef sticks, beef bacon, beef
barbeque, shish kabobs, ox-tail and
bones for sale.
